These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juanplay ("juanplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juanplay.one ("the Platform"). juanplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of juanplay services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one juanplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. juanplay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify juanplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account Verification: juanplay may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

juanplay reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the juanplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: juanplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at juanplay's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your juanplay account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. juanplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. juanplay is prohibited from accepting deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Anti-Money Laundering: juanplay is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. juanplay may freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering is suspected.

juanplay does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which juanplay accepts no responsibility.

juanplay offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. juanplay reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification: juanplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the juanplay Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generators: All juanplay slot, bingo, arcade, and wheel games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juanplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the juanplay Platform or its underlying software.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juanplay staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the juanplay Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("juanplay Content"), is the exclusive property of juanplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the juanplay Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any juanplay Content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any juanplay Content.
• Use any juanplay trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of juanplay Content may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juanplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juanplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juanplay shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from events beyond juanplay's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juanplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

juanplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Verification: juanplay enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage access to the Platform.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account.

juanplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools on the Platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward juanplay staff or other players.
• A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. juanplay is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or criminal conduct.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

juanplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
• juanplay implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

juanplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and juanplay, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution process may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, the server-side game log maintained by juanplay shall constitute the definitive and binding record of the game in question.
